Leadership Network is constantly seeking new ways to encourage leaders in all facets of church ministry. One thing currently on our radar is the work being done in women's ministries. We've read great materials, one of the best being Listen to My Life (not yet published), a program written by Sybil Towner and Sharon Swing. The workbook helps women see places God is at work in their lives and how to use those touches, along with their gifts, to create ministry opportunities... In the fall of 2007, we tested the materials with a group of 25 women, and the response was overwhelmingly positive. As Sibyl and Sharon complete their work on the program, and as we determine how Leadership Network might take this and other women's initiatives to the masses, we would like to hear from you.
